9/11 Victim's Families Want Transparency From the FBI

Andrew J. Maloney, Kreindler partner and attorney representing 9/11 victim's families appears on Fox News speaking with Heather Childers about a new court action linked to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Andrew Maloney was in court representing victim's families in their fight to discover the identity of a person believed to be supervising Saudi government officials Fahad al-Thumairy and Omar al-Bayoumi in aiding the 9/11 hijackers. al-Thumairy and al-Bayoumi helped the terrorists get established when they arrived in America by finding them a place to live, providing them with money and establishing bank accounts for them.

Results from the hearing ended with the court moving to put pressure on the FBI to comply by granting a Motion to Compel.
